Introducing the new and improved curriculum for Dragons MMA in 2026! Our students can now easily access and download the curriculum via this page, making it convenient to track their progress and training. The belt color ranking system is visually represented with round colors on our curriculum pages, showcasing the specific techniques and skills required for each belt level.

Our curriculum is divided into six comprehensive categories: Kickboxing, 3D-Kali, Grappling (stand up and ground), Fitness, and Trapping. Each category is updated weekly with QR codes that link directly to instructional videos, allowing our students to learn and perfect their techniques with ease.
